Job summary

Aerotek seeks a Shipping Assistant / Forklift Operator in Mason, OH for a contract-to-hire role. You will support shipping and receiving in a manufacturing setting, handle oil pans, and operate forklifts with an emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Job Description

This role supports the shipping and receiving operations in a manufacturing environment by assisting with picking and packing oil pans, handling products from production machines, and preparing items for shipment. The position combines hands‑on warehouse work with basic data handling to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

• Prepare items for shipment, including labeling, packaging, and staging orders for carrier pickup.

• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading trucks and organizing incoming and outgoing materials.

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move, stack, and store products.

• Perform basic data entry and documentation related to shipments, inventory, and order processing.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in the warehouse and production zones.

• Follow established manufacturing, warehouse, and shipping procedures to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.

Pay and Benefits
