Job summary

Complete Turbine Services is seeking a shipping clerk to safely pack aerospace components awaiting repair and handle required shipment paperwork.

You will also scan parts, input data, and provide timely shipment updates to cross-functional teams while maintaining an organized shipping area and supporting process improvements. This role requires attention to safety and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

POSITION SUMMARY

The shipping clerk position is responsible for safely packing aerospace components requiring repair from the facility and executing required paperwork for shipment.

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES

• Safely pack and/or crate components requiring shipment per guidelines
• Create required shipping paperwork for parts shipment
• Scan parts and input information into Quantum
• Provide shipment updates to cross functional departments as necessary
• Maintain shipping area in order, in accordance to established procedures
• Contribute to projects in order to increase efficiency and reduce/eliminate shipment errors
• May require part transportation to other buildings (mileage reimbursed)

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

Working Conditions / Environment / Special Requirements

• Must have driver's license in good standing
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including, OSHA, EPA, FAA, DOT, and State and Federal regulations.
• As required by the position, must have the ability to wear a respirator as per OSHA 29 CFR 1910.134 "Respirator Protection" regulations with no restrictions that would prevent the proper use and/or seal of the respirator.
• Ability to work flexible hours and different shifts if required
• Employees will be subject to the random drug and alcohol testing under FAA regulations
