Wright Beverage Distributing is seeking a Shipping Auditor to join our warehouse team. The role ensures accurate loading of pallets for delivery, adheres to safety standards, and contributes to a clean, efficient work environment.

Responsibilities include on-time loading, night crew support, and meeting load accuracy goals while upholding our customer service standards as a preferred supplier.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; forklift and pallet jack certification preferred.
• Experience in material handling and safe warehouse practices.
• Clear communication across levels and teams is essential.

Responsibilities

• Reports to work on time wearing clean WBD safety apparel.
• Night crew loader on an as needed basis and loads for next day delivery.
• Ensures orders set for delivery are accurately loaded.
• Maintains OSHA/safety compliance and promotes safety awareness.
• Facilitates timely and accurate loading of trucks for delivery.
• Meets breakage and load accuracy goals.
• Fosters cooperative work environment across departments.
• Upholds customer service standards for WBD relations.
• Supports efforts to be the preferred supplier for customers.

Responsible for safety compliance and the overall cleanliness of the warehouse.RESPONSIBILITIES1 Reports to work on time wearing a clean WBD approved safety apparel.2 Performs as a night crew loader on an as need basis (see night crew loader job description).3 Confirms all orders set for next day delivery are accurately loaded.4 Responsible for OSHA/safety compliance.5 Promotes safety awareness with all night employees.6 Responsible for the timely and accurately loaded delivery of trucks.7 Ensures night crew achieves load error goals.8 Meets breakage goals.9 Foster a cooperative work environment with all departments.CUSTOMER RELATIONS1. Ability to interact with all levels of employees and management.Preferred: Superior Communication skillsExperience:Minimum: Experience in material handling.Preferred: Supervisory experience in material handling and beverage distributionPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift and stack, 1 case of can (21 pounds), 1 case of 12oz bottles (38 pounds), 1 case of 40 oz bottles (48 pounds) and½ barrels weighting 175 pounds 3 feet off the ground; stand; continuous use of hands and arms to reach for product. The employee is frequently required climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONSAll work is performed inside the confines of the warehouse except for pulling trucks in and out of the warehouse.
