Wright Beverage Distributing in Rochester, NY is seeking CDL A drivers to join our growing team. This role delivers beer and beverages to retail customers, builds lasting relationships, and ensures accurate deliveries while maintaining safety and DOT compliance.

The position offers a 4-day work week, home daily, competitive pay from $65,000 to $85,000+ per year, and benefits including health, dental, vision, and retirement matching.

Qualifications

• Valid NYS Class B CDL and clean driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to safely lift and move product throughout the day.
• Experience operating forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and hand trucks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver beer, beverages, and other products to retail customers.
• Build strong relationships with customers through exceptional service.
• Safely operate company vehicles while maintaining DOT compliance.
• Verify and unload product at customer locations.
• Collect payments and complete delivery paperwork when required.
• Return empties, pallets, and undelivered product to the warehouse.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, professional work environment.
