Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Shipping Associate in Wisconsin to accurately load and unload trailers, verify route loads, and maintain shipment records. You will help ensure on-time deliveries and maintain a clean shipping yard.

You will operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, count products for accuracy, and report discrepancies while supporting cycle counts. This role requires a willingness to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of shipping experience preferred.
• Able to lift, push/pull up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a warm environment.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Willing to work nights, weekends & holidays.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers, verify route loads, maintain shipping records.
• Count and check products for accuracy and quality; report discrepancies.
• Operate material handling equipment including pallet jack and forklift.
• Troubleshoot minor issues with packing equipment and label machines.

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for accurately loading and unloading trailers, verifying route load(s), trailer reports, and maintaining the shipping yard.
• Count and check products for accuracy and quality, maintain accurate records, report overages and shortages, & participate in "Cycle Counts".
• Operate material handling equipment; including pallet jack, forklift, etc.
• Troubleshoot issues with packing equipment, label machines, tapers, palletizers, etc.

What we need from you:

• At least 18 years of age or older.
• 1-3 Years of shipping experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, push/pull up to 50lbs, stack/unstack or carry, stand and/or stoop for prolonged periods of time.
• Comfortable in a warm working environment.
• Ability to communicate effective in English.
• Ability to work Nights, Weekends & Holidays.
