Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Shipping Associate to manage the shipping vendor process and entry of transmissions into the ERP system. You will ensure BOLs, tracking, and Axapta data are correctly entered so shipments reach the right vendors.

The ideal candidate has data-entry experience, can multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and is comfortable standing for periods and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior manufacturing experience is required.

Summary:The Shipping Associate will be responsible for managing the shipping vendor process. This position will identify the various transmissions for entry into Moveras’ ERP system. Ensure we have BOLs, tacking and Axapta data entered so the right parts go to the correct vendor. In addition to having experience with data entry, the Shipping Associate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, be detail oriented with the ability to multitask. While performing the duties of this job, the Shipping Associate may be required to stand for periods of time and must also be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
