Job summary

Moveras, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, storing, picking and shipping automotive transmission and torque converter components.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to safety while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and operate forklifts or similar equipment as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred.
  • Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with inventory or warehouse management systems preferred.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions, shipping documentation, and inventory records.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and put away incoming materials and inventory.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
  • Load and unload trucks using appropriate warehouse equipment.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through proper material handling and documentation.
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits as needed.
  • Supply materials to production areas to support manufacturing operations.
  • Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against packing slips, work orders, and shipping documents.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Keep warehouse and storage areas organized, clean, and safe.

This position requires the ability to work both independently and as part of a team while supporting operational goals and maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.Physical RequirementsWhile performing the duties of this position, the Warehouse Associate is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift materials throughout the shift. The employee must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally move heavier items with assistance or appropriate equipment.
