Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Supervisor

Company: Ascendo Resources

Location: Pedricktown, NJ

This is a full-time, on-site role with a competitive salary of $70,000–$80,000, a 10% annual bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years forklift experience in a warehouse environment
• Forklift Certification within 90 days of employment
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Experience managing and leading warehouse or logistics teams
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is highly desirable

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials, labels, and components
• Ensure timely picking, staging, and return of materials to prevent delays
• Match labels with batch records and track items
• Use WMS and AFS systems to monitor inventory levels
• Perform daily cycle counts and report discrepancies
• Manage inventory burn rates and order adjustments
• Collaborate with various teams including Scheduling, Marketing, Procurement, and Warehouse
• Maintain inventory of backstock, uniforms, and consumables
• Operate and maintain the box machine and support deliveries
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in the facility
• Follow safety protocols, SOPs, and GMP guidelines
• Perform additional tasks as assigned
