Position Summary:
The Shipping/Receiving lead assists the manager on duties directly related to receiving, shipping and inventory of finished goods. Position will require training employees and ensuring they are following all processes related to the shipping/receiving protocols in order to meet the goals and objectives of the department. Also responsible for increasing productivity, improving efficiency, eliminating waste and striving for error free service to our customers, while doing so with highest regards of following all safety protocols. This role requires someone that is results orientated, has dedication to excellence and sense of urgency to achieve business objectives.
