Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Tarboro, NC is seeking Shipping and Receiving Coordinators to join our team on 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 3:00pm-11:00pm). You will handle inbound/outbound shipments, check in drivers, assign docks, and verify shipping documents while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams.

The role requires SAP and WMS experience, HS diploma, and solid communication skills. We offer weekly pay, on-the-job training, benefits from day 30, and a company culture that values safety and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two years or more experience in SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Flexibility to operate and excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Safety Sensitive Position; may require equipment certification depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Check truck drivers in and out.
• Assign dock doors for inbound/outbound activity according with warehouse direction and vendor assignment in warehouse.
• Verify accuracy of all shipping/receiving documentation. Partner with the inventory department to resolve any issues.
• Assist in appointment scheduling as needed.
• Update required reports on a timely basis.
• Communicate with customers and assist with customer needs.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound loads.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Ryder is hiring Shipping and Receiving Coordinators in Tarboro, North Carolina.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay: $22.00 per hour

• Overtime Pay: $33.00 hourly when working overtime

• Shift Premium: $0.50 per hour whe working 2nd shift

• Schedule: 2nd shift Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:00pm

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Two (2) years or more experience in SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS)

• Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to:

• Multi-task, be highly organized, with excellent time management skills
