Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Tarboro, NC is hiring Case Pickers to support warehouse operations. Earn $19.50 per hour with weekly pay, overtime, and benefits from the start.

Join a team focused on safety, accuracy, and teamwork; duties include picking, palletizing, operating RF scanners, and cycle counting on 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00pm-11:00pm). Also enjoy PTO, 401(k), and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have adequate math skills.
• Able to read location codes and product codes.
• Meet GMP standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to build professional relationships across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Palletize, hand stack and stretch wrap as required.
• Safely operate material handling equipment.

Position Description

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay: $19.50 per hour
• Overtime Pay: $29.25 hourly when working overtime
• Shift Premium: $0.50 per hour when working 2nd shift
• Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:00pm

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Must have adequate math skills
• Able to recognize and read location codes and product codes
• Meet and exceed established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
• Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices
