Job summary

Ryder is hiring Shipping and Receiving Coordinators in Tarboro, North Carolina. The role involves coordinating inbound and outbound loads, checking drivers in and out, and ensuring accuracy of shipping and receiving documentation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years experience in SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Check truck drivers in and out.
• Assign dock doors for inbound/outbound activity.
• Verify accuracy of all shipping/receiving documentation.
• Assist in appointment scheduling as needed.
• Update required reports on a timely basis.
• Communicate with customers and assist with their needs.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound loads.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay: $22.00 per hour
• Overtime Pay: $33.00 hourly when working overtime
• Schedule: First Shift Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Two (2) years or more experience in SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to:

  • Multi-task, be highly organized, with excellent time management skills

• Coordinate inbound and outbound loads
• Perform other duties as assigned
