Job summary

Staffmark Group in Groveport, OH is hiring a Warehouse Picker to join our fast-paced fulfillment team. You will pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Pay Rate: $17.75 per hour

Schedules

• Day Shift: Start times between 6:00 AM and 6:30 AM with end times between 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM
• Night Shift: Start times between 5:00 PM and 5:30 PM with end times between 3:30 AM and 4:00 AM
• Employees work four 10-hour shifts per week
• Multiple schedule configurations available, including weekday and weekend shifts

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Experience reading pick tickets, packing lists, shipping labels, or electronic order systems.
• Ability to safely use RF scanners, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other warehouse equipment as required.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to inventory accuracy and quality.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is beneficial.
• Knowledge of inventory control, shipping procedures, or order fulfillment best practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, productivity, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Picker.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely handle products while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse and fulfillment environments while following established safety procedures.
