Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, and support efficient warehouse operations. You will inspect shipments, document in inventory systems, schedule shipments, resolve issues with vendors and carriers, and operate forklifts and pallet jacks while following safety policies.

This full-time on-site role requires attention to detail, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and good communication

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and shipping software.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification preferred.
• Experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Process and document shipments using inventory management systems.
• Schedule and arrange inbound and outbound shipments.
• Resolve shipment issues by communicating with vendors, carriers, and internal teams.
• Prepare orders for shipment including labeling, packing, and organizing freight.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory levels per SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff, drivers, and other departments for efficient operations.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management.
• Assist in cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times.

Job SummaryThe Shipping and Receiving Clerk will be responsible for coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.
