Responsibilities

• Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
• Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
• Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintains a clean, neat, and member‑ready area.
• Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables.
• Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily moves, scanning inventory, and counting accurately.
• Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
• Understands BOL’s and Packing lists
• Updates information in ERP system
• Provides additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments.

Job Summary

The Shipping and Receiving Associate 2nd Shift is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by receiving, shipping, tracking, and organizing products, materials, and supplies. This role works closely with logistics, customer service, vendors, and drivers to ensure accurate inventory movement, timely shipments, clean work areas, and proper use of ERP and scanning systems. The position requires strong communication, attention to detail, time management, teamwork, and the ability to safely perform warehouse tasks, including unloading, stocking, pulling, packing, and loading materials.

Shipping and Receiving Responsibilities

• Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
• Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
• Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintains a clean, neat, and member‑ready area.
