Job summary

Talentify is seeking a logistics support team member in Redwood City to manage shipping/receiving for domestic and international shipments. You will provide tracking information and notify recipients upon arrival, while coordinating returns and replacements as needed.

Responsibilities include strict inventory control, documentation, and alerting Purchasing when stock drops. The role requires 3–5 years of related experience and a high school diploma, with lifting up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 to 5 years related experience (medical device a plus).
• Ability to lift equipment and material up to 25 lbs.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications such as MS Outlook, Excel and Word.

• Delivering and notifying recipients when their shipments arrive
• Coordinate returned products from the field and timely product replacement as required.

Job description

Pay $25-28
Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Location: Redwood City 94065
There is a chance to go beyond the end of the year (or longer) and possibly temp to perm (but no guarantees at this time)
Provide logistical support to clinical and commercial operations to ensure timely placement of new products in the field and, when required, efficient return and processing of field returns.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure raw materials and finished goods are managed following the QMS processes and procedures.
