Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Materials Coordinator for an on-site, six-month assignment in Fremont, CA. The role focuses on shipping/receiving, inventory control, and documentation in accordance with Quality System requirements.

The position requires at least one year in material handling within the medical device sector and may involve MRP usage, forklift operation, and daily inventory transfers. Regular hours are 8:30am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional holiday and Saturday work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of material handling experience in the medical device industry (or equivalent).
• MRP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Daily support of material transfer from inventory to production for day and swing shifts.
• Maintain daily cleanroom supplies such as gowns, shoe covers, gloves, sanitizer.
• Receive products and distribute items to appropriate employees/departments.
• Enter receipts and transactions into MRP System and create appropriate documentation.
• Perform cycle counts and restock daily as necessary.
• Forklift, pallet jacket, and other machinery operation required.
• Support sales orders, picking tickets, and packaging.
• Ensure safety, environmental, quality, and materials management procedures are followed daily.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping for a safe environment.
• Assist with material transfers between multiple warehouses.
• Other duties as required.
