Aerotek is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Specialist for our Miami, FL facility. You will inspect incoming shipments, prepare shipping documents, maintain ERP inventory records, and coordinate with carriers to support efficient warehouse operations.
The role requires hands-on shipping/receiving experience, forklift operation, and attention to detail. You’ll work a PM shift Monday through Friday with a focus on safety and timely communication.
The Shipping and Receiving Specialist plays a key role in ensuring that all incoming and outgoing materials are handled accurately, safely, and efficiently. This position is responsible for inspecting shipments, managing shipping documentation, maintaining inventory records within software systems, and coordinating with carriers and internal teams to support smooth warehouse operations.

This role is based in a ventilated warehouse environment designed to support safe and efficient material handling. Work is performed primarily on-site around shipping docks and storage areas, with regular use of equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. The position follows a PM shift schedule Monday through Friday, providing consistent hours within an operational warehouse setting.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Miami, FL.
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
