A well-established and rapidly expanding industrial manufacturer in Itasca, IL is looking to bring on two experienced Shipping & Receiving Clerks to support booming demand in high-tech equipment and infrastructure solutions, including systems used in data center builds for major global clients.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments, confirming part numbers and quantities.
• Load, unload, and organize materials and components in the warehouse.
• Prepare outbound domestic and international shipments.
• Track inventory and shipments using ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Safely operate forklifts and assist in rigging loads for crane movement.
• Build shipping crates using power tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized shipping/receiving area.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of shipping and receiving experience (1-year minimum considered).
• Proficient with forklifts and power tools.
• Comfortable with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (especially Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Bonus: Experience in an OEM or machine-building environment, and crane rigging skills.
