Aerotek is hiring a Shipping Clerk in Hatfield, PA for a contract-to-hire role. The position requires handling shipping processes, inventory packing, and using UPS/FedEx software. Onsite work with opportunities for OT.

Shifts are first shift (6am-3:30pm, Mon-Fri). Pay ranges from $23/hour, with full benefits and weekly pay through Aerotek. Candidates should be able to lift and move heavier materials as part of manufacturing operations.

Hiring for premier employer in the Montgomery County area for a Shipping Clerk. These roles are long-term, career opportunity and were hiring immediately.

Shift: 1st 6am-330pm (Monday-Friday) OT available

Pay: $23/hr

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize incoming materials, parts, and items for projects.
• Handle internal paperwork related to inventory and tracking.
• Utilize UPS and FedEx shipping software, with international shipping knowledge being a plus.
• Ensure shipments are organized and ready for dispatch to customer sites.
• Regularly lift and handle heavier materials used in manufacturing.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in shipping and receiving processes.
• Experience with inventory control and packing.
• Knowledge of UPS and FedEx shipping software.
• Computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Material handling and logistics expertise.
• Experience operating a forklift and pallet jack.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills for effective tracking.
• Ability to be cross-trained in different shop areas.
• Capable of working with a smaller team on large projects.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and bring personal tools if necessary.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hatfield, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $43.04/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
