Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk in Coppell, TX. The role focuses on unloading, receiving, inspecting incoming materials, and entering items into SAP to maintain real-time inventory accuracy.

You will pick, pack, label, and prepare outgoing shipments, keep the warehouse clean, operate forklifts and basic tools, and support stock counts and organization daily.

Responsibilities

This role is ideal for a hands‑on warehouse professional with strong SAP or similar ERP experience, as daily work will revolve around accurately tracking materials and inventory within the system. The selected candidate will be responsible for unloading, receiving, and inspecting incoming materials, then sorting, counting, and entering items into SAP to maintain real‑time inventory accuracy. In addition, this individual will pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring materials are properly labeled, staged, and documented for timely delivery. The role also includes maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, using basic tools and measuring instruments, and supporting inventory counts and stock organization.

Skills and Requirements

• 1 year of SAP or ERP experience
• Experience working in a warehouse environment
