Job summary

Aerotek in Chambersburg, PA is hiring for a Seasonal Picker and Packer. This on-site role requires physically handling, sorting, and packing orders in a climate-controlled e-commerce distribution center.

You will use RF scanners and pallet jacks, work in a fast-paced team, and support shipping and receiving operations on a contract basis. Eligible candidates enjoy weekly pay, consistent hours with overtime potential, and a safe, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, picking, or order fulfillment experience preferred.
• Comfortable using RF scanners or warehouse technology.
• Experience operating pallet jacks or other material handling equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused.

$18.50-20.50/hr to start!

Shifts: Weekly and Weekend Shifts

Day Shift Hours: 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Night Shift Hours: 6:30 PM to 5:30 AM

What You'll Do

You’ll work in a busy e-commerce distribution center supporting shipping and receiving operations. The warehouse is climate-controlled. This is a physically active role that involves standing, walking, lifting, and moving products throughout the shift.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Chambersburg, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
