Job summary

Talentify in Broken Arrow, OK is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to verify and prepare shipments, and ensure outgoing orders meet specifications.

You will inspect incoming goods, label and document shipments, coordinate routing, and support inventory control in a hands-on, onsite role. This contract-to-hire position offers a steady daytime schedule and standard benefits.

Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk Job Description

As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will play a crucial role in verifying and maintaining records of incoming and outgoing shipments. You will be responsible for preparing finished products for shipment and ensuring all outgoing shipments meet specifications. This role requires you to compare identifying information such as counts, weights, and measures of all incoming and outgoing shipments and verify this information against provided records.

Work Environment

The work environment is non-climate controlled. The shift is from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday, with two Saturdays a month requiring 2 to 4 hours of work.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Broken Arrow, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
