Westfield Electroplating Company is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our Shipping team.

** Position Goals:**

The goals of this position are to assist the Shipping & Receiving Department in their general laborer, clerical and driving needs.

Westfield Electroplating Company (WEPCO), a growing aerospace company, was founded in 1946 and is located in the western part of Massachusetts in the city of Westfield. WEPCO is family owned and operated and currently employs 200 highly skilled platers, painters, and technicians. WEPCO is a stable non-union facility with diverse aerospace and defense finishing capabilities servicing military, government, aviation, medical and electronic industries. Tasks:

1. Handling incoming and outgoing packages
2. Perform company data entry from a purchase order (PO)
3. Scanning operations
4. Occasional Deliveries (Local Customers and WEPCO Paint Shop
5. Drive Customer Routes (1-2x's a week)
6. Load and unload trucks
7. Receive UPS and FedEx packages
8. Support Packaging/Production Department
9. Support 5S initiatives within the Department
