As a Client Services Associate (CSA) in the Technical Support department within Customer Service, you will serve as a key liaison between our company and our clients, providing exceptional support. Your main duties include addressing client inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring timely resolution of support requests. Your role is vital in maintaining client satisfaction and fostering positive relationships through high-quality service.

About the Role: As a Customer Service Representative, your primary task is to perform data entry to update automated records and ensure accuracy. You will batch documents, input data from source documents, and verify entries efficiently.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Batch and organize documents for data entry.
  • Enter data accurately into automated systems.
  • Prioritize tasks based on schedules and client expectations.
  • Verify data for accuracy and correct errors.
  • Make necessary corrections based on verification results.
  • Troubleshoot data issues and escalate when needed.
  • Operate peripheral devices involved in data entry.
  • Assist in developing procedures and formats for data processing.
  • Maintain safety standards and report hazards.
  • Follow security and privacy policies to protect information.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility.
  • Work in various environments, including office, production, and warehouse settings, with occasional exposure to environmental factors.
  • Engage in repetitive motions, including twisting, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in tech-related fields.
  • Experience with maintaining and troubleshooting printers, copiers, and fax equipment.
  • Strong technical skills and proficiency with computers and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Ability to work long hours at a computer.
  • Experience in data entry is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and work under pressure.
  • Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Customer-focused attitude and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Professional interaction with end users and a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Capability to perform multiple functions and meet attendance policies.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, grasp, reach, sit, talk, hear, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Long periods of standing, walking, and focus required.

Starting pay is $17/hr, with potential bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, depending on experience and position.
