Job summary

Shipping and ReceivingAssociate

Shift: 1st

Location: Roselawn, OH

Pay: $20-$25/hr

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damages, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues promptly.


• Prepare and package outgoing shipments accurately according to customer orders and shipping instructions.


• Load and unload trucks or trailers manually or with material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.


• Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations by part number and description.


• Coordinate courier services and trucking companies to ensure on-time product delivery based on production schedules.


• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and receiving area.


• Pick parts for shipments and perform banding, shrink wrapping, and other shipment preparation duties as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.


• Previous shipping and receiving or warehouse experience preferred.


• Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.


• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.


• Basic computer literacy and attention to detail required.


• Previous experience with ERP/SAP/WMS is a plus


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or move throughout the shift in a warehouse environment.


• Ability to safely use hand tools and equipment, including drills and packaging tools.
