Visioneering, Inc. in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our precision tooling and aerospace manufacturing team.
The role focuses on accurate shipping/receiving, crate building, and on-time deliveries to support production and customer satisfaction. You will use a forklift, handle loading and unloading, maintain accurate documentation, and comply with OSHA and ITAR requirements in a clean, organized, climate-controlled facility that values teamwork and

- Strong attention to detail.
- Good oral communication skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
Responsibilities
- Shipping (packaging and loading), receiving (unpacking and unloading), and delivering.
- Maintain documentation and information related to all incoming and outgoing transactions to ensure proper asset control.
- Receive shipments in a timely manner and ensure delivery to the correct recipient.
- Process orders in a safe and efficient manner.
- Operate forklift and overhead crane equipment.
- Build wood box containers and crates up to 12 feet Wide x 12 feet High x 60 feet in Length.
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines, and ITAR compliance.
- Other duties as assigned.

Position: Shipping and Receiving Associate
Schedule: Day Shift (Monday- Friday 6a-4:45p + Saturday 6a-12p)
Daily roles include collaborating in a team-oriented environment with cross functional workers.
- Shipping (packaging and loading), receiving (unpacking and unloading), and delivering
- Maintain documentation and information related to all incoming and outgoing transactions to ensure proper asset control
- Receive shipments in a timely manner and ensure delivery to the correct recipient
- Process orders in a safe and efficient manner
- Operate forklift and overhead crane equipment
- Build wood box containers and crates up to 12 feet Wide x 12 feet High x 60 feet in Length
- Use of table saws and other hand tools
- Make deliveries to customers and other company work locations as needed
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines, and ITAR compliance
- Other duties as assigned
- An ability to adhere to all safety rules and guidelines
- Strong attention to detail
- Good oral communication skills are necessary
- Strong ability to work both independently and in a group environment
- Ability to calculate figures such as area, circumference, and volume
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to be flexible and multi-task based on workflow demands
- Great positive attitude
- Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance

- Forklift experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- High school diploma or equivalent
