Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe facility including shop areas, offices, and outdoor grounds.
• Complete daily to annual cleaning and maintenance tasks as scheduled.
• Notify maintenance issues to the Supervisor as they arise.
• Assist with movement of materials or equipment within facilities as needed.
• Achieve quality and production goals.
• Maintain regular, punctual attendance and follow OSHA guidelines.

Janitorial Building Maintenance

Schedule

Monday- Friday 6a-4:45p + Saturday 6a-12p

Summary Of Position

This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and well-functioning facility, including shop areas, offices, and outdoor grounds. The position ensures all scheduled cleaning and maintenance tasks-from daily to annual-are completed on time.

Essential Functions

• Ensure that all of the daily, bi-weekly, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annual activities are completed as scheduled
• Notify general facility maintenance issues (doors, bathrooms, etc.) to the Maintenance Supervisor as they arise
• Assist with the movement of materials or equipment within or between facilities
• Achieve quality and production goals
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines, and ITAR compliance
• Other duties as assigned
