Summary:The Shipping and Receiving Clerk role in Menomonie will perform a wide variety of assigned duties in the Warehouse. Keeps records of shipments and receipt of product. Use wireless tablets to status and complete warehouse paperwork daily. Verify truck parts being transported with proper paperwork and/or bill of lading.Responsibilities:Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials and suppliesCollaborates and communicates with service providers and others involved in shipment of productTrack, traces and updates status of incoming and outgoing shipmentsMaintains a clean and organized areaPromptly unloads trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks materialsMaintain accurate documentation of shipping and receiving documentationKeep warehouse clean by sweeping floors, emptying trash cans, stacking pallets, and storing cores properlyDuties:Receiving in heavy duty truck parts at a premier truck dealershipPulling, packing, loading, and unloading the partsKeep stored merchandise labeled and in proper number sequenceAll other duties as assignedEducation, Skills, Experience:High School diploma requiredPrior auto or truck parts experience is helpfulComputer proficiencyMust have good communication skills and possess the ability to follow instructionsMust be dependable and results-orientedForklift Certification - will receive on the jobWork Environment, Physical Demands:Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, stoop and lift/move up to 75 lbs. on a regular basisAbility to work in a dealership environment to include 8 - 12-hour days with frequent exposure to weather elementsCSM Job Standards Accountabilities:Customer Focus: Actively looking for ways to identify customer needs.
