Job summary

CMS Imaging, Inc. is seeking a dependable Warehouse Specialist in Jacksonville, FL to receive, organize, and prepare medical imaging equipment, parts, and supplies for shipping and service operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and follow-through.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using inventory or warehouse systems.
• Forklift certification is a plus, or willingness to obtain certification.
• Experience with medical equipment, technical products, ERP systems, or freight coordination is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, unload, label, store, and track incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, document, and prepare outgoing shipments.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Support inventory counts, cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy resolution.
• Stage equipment, parts, and materials for service, refurbishment, shipping, or storage.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, accurate, and safe.

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to help keep our warehouse, inventory, and shipments running smoothly. In this hands-on role, you will receive and organize materials, prepare orders, support inventory accuracy, and help ensure medical imaging equipment, parts, and supplies are handled safely and efficiently.
