Job summary

Textiles Coated International (TCI), a longtime manufacturer of fluoropolymer films and composites, is hiring a Shipping and Fulfillment Associate in Manchester, NH. You will pull, package, and prepare customer orders for shipment with the warehouse team.

This role emphasizes accuracy in dimensions, weights, and ERP data entry, timely order processing, and maintaining a clean shipping area. Training is available for motivated candidates; on-site work with standard Monday–Friday shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Reliable and capable of working independently or in a team.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Previous shipping experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Pull products accurately based on customer orders.
• Package products securely and appropriately for shipment.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to locate and prepare products.
• Measure package dimensions and weight for shipping.
• Enter and update shipping information accurately in the ERP system.
• Ensure orders are processed on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping area.
• Assist with other shipping activities as needed.

Starting Pay

Starting at $17.00- $24.00/hour, based on experience (DOE)

Schedule

Regular Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

What You'll Do

As a Shipping and Fulfillment Associate, you’ll play an important role in ensuring customer orders are accurately pulled, packaged, and prepared for shipment. Working closely with the warehouse team, you’ll locate products, determine dimensions and weight, and enter shipping information into the ERP system to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
