Job summary

Textiles Coated International (TCI) in Manchester, NH, is seeking a Shipping and Fulfillment Associate. Starting pay is $17.00–$24.00 per hour, DOE, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Training is provided for motivated candidates with a strong work ethic. The role involves pulling and packaging orders, measuring dimensions and weight, and entering shipping data into the ERP system to ensure accurate, on-time processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Reliable and able to work independently and in a team.
• Basic math and computer skills; strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with ERP systems (M1) is a plus; forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pull products based on customer orders.
• Package products securely for shipment.
• Work with the warehouse team to locate and prepare products.
• Measure package dimensions and weight for shipping.
• Enter and update shipping information in the ERP system.
• Ensure orders are processed on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping area.
• Assist with other shipping activities as needed.

What You'll Do

As a Shipping and Fulfillment Associate, you’ll play an important role in ensuring customer orders are accurately pulled, packaged, and prepared for shipment. Working closely with the warehouse team, you’ll locate products, determine dimensions and weight, and enter shipping information into the ERP system to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.

• Previous shipping experience is a plus, but not required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems; M1 experience is a plus

• Previous forklift experience, including stand-up and sit-down forklifts is a plus.
