Job summary

Wonderful Citrus is seeking a shipping clerk to sign in/out truck drivers, prepare paperwork, and generate daily/weekly shipping reports. You will coordinate with sales and production, and back up pallet tag duties as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma with administrative experience, Excel proficiency, strong organization, and careful attention to detail. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; WMS experience is preferred. Onsite with flexible shifts and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and two years administrative experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Proficient in Excel; strong organizational and detail orientation.
• Basic computer literacy with ability to read and write business communications.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish desirable.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Experience with WMS, inventory control, receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment preferred.
• Customer service orientation and ability to interpret regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Types manifest, export papers and bills of lading accurately and timely.
• Schedules appointments with truck drivers to pick up orders.
• Files and recalls material in a standard filing system.
• May perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Work as back up pallet tag operator when needed.
• Fulfills all other duties as assigned.
