Job summary

Wonderful Citrus is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Supervisor to lead daily shipping, receiving, and inventory activities, ensuring safe, accurate, and timely movement of product. You will supervise forklift drivers and clerks, drive continuous improvement, and maintain strong safety and service standards.

The role requires 3+ years in distribution operations, knowledge of WMS/TMS, and collaboration across internal teams.

Qualifications

3+ years of leadership experience in distribution, warehousing, or related operations.
Experience supervising hourly warehouse employees, including forklift operators or clerks.
Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, FIFO, and warehouse processes.
Experience with WMS/ERP systems; TMS experience preferred.
Experience coordinating freight with third-party carriers.

Responsibilities

Lead daily shipping and receiving activities, ensuring pickups and shipments are accurate and completed on time.
Coordinate inbound freight and delivery appointments with third-party carriers and internal teams.
Plan and prioritize daily workload for forklift drivers and shipping/receiving clerks.
Monitor operations and adjust labor and resources based on volume and business needs.
Ensure accurate transactions within WMS, TMS, and related enterprise systems.
Resolve shipping, receiving, transportation, and service issues quickly and effectively.
