Job summary

Textiles Coated International (TCI) in Manchester, NH is seeking a Shipping Administrative Assistant to help coordinate shipping and logistics operations. You will process orders, verify documentation, and work with customers and carriers to ensure on-time delivery. Starting pay is $17.00–$22.00 per hour (DOE).

No experience? We’re willing to train motivated applicants with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Reliable attendance and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform invoicing
• Enter tracking information into the ERP system.
• Review sales orders for accuracy and discrepancies.
• Verify shipment information in the ERP system before orders leave the facility and resolve any errors.
• Prepare export documentation for international shipments.
• Schedule shipment pickups with carriers for shipments.
• Create FedEx and UPS shipping labels.
• Communicate with customers regarding order and shipment status.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders to facilitate international shipments.
• Pack and label product samples.
• Respond to customer and freight forwarder inquiries.
• Collect and complete documentation required for the duty drawback program.
• Obtain freight quotes as requested.
• Work closely with the shipping department to ensure clear communication between sales and shipping teams
