Job summary

Marlboro Manufacturing Inc. is hiring for a Picker Packer to join our manufacturing team in Alliance, NE. This full-time role involves 8-hour shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with duties centered on picking and packing parts for shipment.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, safety-conscious, able to lift up to 70 lbs, and comfortable using basic computer and counting tools while maintaining accurate counts and quality standards. Attendance is essential for production flow.

Marlboro Manufacturing, a leader in continuous hinge manufacturing, is looking for full-time candidates to work in our manufacturing.

• Working Hours 8 hour shifts 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Monday through Friday

Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation


• Must be safety conscious and follow safety rules


• Must be be able to lift up to 70 lbs.


• Basic computer and math skills


• Attendance is key

Qualifications

• Must be able to bend and stand to verify part counts


• Must be able to carry out instructions and training both in written or verbal form


• Shows the ability to use measuring tools, tape measure, calipers


• Be able to or learn and set up weigh scales and counting scales


• Has the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety Rules, operating paper work, blue prints


• Prior knowledge of air tools and banding equipment is helpful


• Strive to reach department wide production goals


• Must be able to work with others


• Must pass Drug and Alcohol test
