Job summary

Arrow Fastener Company, LLC is seeking a warehouse associate in Saddle Brook, NJ. You will read and follow basic work instructions, operate a tablet and RFID technology, and perform precise pick-and-pack tasks to support timely shipments.

The role requires strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Overtime may be required to meet production demands; forklift-related duties may be included with certification provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Reading basic work instructions is required.
• Knowledge of tablet and RFID technology is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance are essential.
• Must be able to operate an Electric pallet jack (certification available if needed).
• Must be willing to work overtime to meet production demands.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment and ensure compliance with all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Work with urgency to meet tight shipping deadlines.
• Notify the Supervisor of any issues or discrepancies with orders or any issues that affect shipping efficiency.
• Must fulfill daily performance standard rates which will be reviewed monthly with HR and department Supervisor.
• Support continuous improvement projects for Inventory Management.
• Learn to use employee self-service platform (UKG) to view paystubs and benefits, change contact information, change or add direct deposit.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
