Marlboro Manufacturing in Alliance, NE is seeking a full-time Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. The role involves operating presses, following safety rules, and supporting production goals on a 10-hour shift schedule (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday with overtime as needed on Friday).

Candidates should be able to lift up to 70 lbs, have basic math and computer skills, and be comfortable reading instructional documents and blueprints.

Press Operator

Marlboro Manufacturing, a leader in continuous hinge manufacturing, is looking for full-time candidates to work in our manufacturing.

• Working Hours 10 hour shifts 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday with some overtime on Friday as required.

Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be safety conscious and follow safety rules
• Must be be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• MUST PASS A DRUG AND ALCOHOL TESTING
• Basic computer and math skills
• Attendance is key

Qualifications:

• Must be able to bend and stand to operate machines
• Must be able to carry out instructions and training both in written or verbal form
• Shows the ability to use measuring tools, tape measure, calipers
• Be able to or learn to set up machines
• Must be able to write legibly
• Assist in problem solving
• Has the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety Rules, operating paper work, blue prints
• Prior machine skills and knowledge of hand tools is helpful
