The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent (or 3+ years in manufacturing/warehouse) and emphasizes safety, accuracy, and reliability. Benefits start day one, with a 12-hour night schedule and a 2-2-3 rotation, including weekend time off schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED or 3+ years in manufacturing/warehouse experience.
• Demonstrates accountability and reliability in order delivery and safety.
• Shows aptitude for logistics and material handling and adaptability to changing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics and order staging: prepare, package, stage, and load goods per specs and schedules.
• Operate material handling equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks) to move goods.
• Ensure accuracy and quality with inventory counts and shipping docs (bills of lading, packing slips).
• Drive safety and teamwork with production and freight teams to meet site goals.
