Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a reliable Shipper/Receiver for a warehouse role in Shrewsbury, MA. The position handles shipments using UPS and FedEx systems, maintains inventory accuracy, and supports efficient processing of goods.

The candidate should have 2+ years in shipping/receiving, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for extended periods. OT may be offered during peak seasons, with a 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments according to company and carrier requirements (UPS, FedEx, etc.).
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries and materials.
• Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment (if applicable).
• Communicate with carriers and internal departments to coordinate shipments.
• Keep the shipping/receiving area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse duties as needed.
