Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to perform physical material handling activities, including lifting up to 70 pounds.
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow work instructions, procedures, and shipment documentation.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or industrial environments.
• Ability to operate forklifts and material handling equipment, or learn to do so.

Responsibilities

• Execute shipping, receiving, labeling, packaging, and material handling activities to meet daily customer requirements.
• Process inbound receipts and outbound shipments in SAP on the same day deliveries or shipments occur.
• Prepare, stage, and verify materials using delivery schedules, purchase orders, stock transfer reports, and pick lists.
• Provide accurate shipment documentation, including Bills of Lading, Certificates of Analysis, packing slips, Safety Data Sheets, and invoices when required.
• Safely operate forklifts and related material handling equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Load and unload bulk tankers and overseas containers using approved loading patterns and procedures.
• Receive returned products, coordinate quarantine staging, and document quality or delivery issues through Supplier Corrective Action Requests in SAP.
• Maintain accurate records, support 5S housekeeping standards, and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
• Comply with Responsible Care Management System, ISO 9001 requirements, and all health, safety, security, environmental, and operating procedures.
