Job summary

ProMed is seeking a dedicated Shipper/Receiver to support shipping, receiving, and related ERP transactions. You will ensure accuracy of documents, coordinate deliveries to align with production schedules, and assist in inventory controls.

The role requires basic math, strong communication, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook. Preference given to candidates with ISO 13485 knowledge and medical industry experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic math skills.
• Professional, courteous, and friendly disposition.
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other similar computer software.
• Working knowledge of English (verbal and written).
• Clearly conveys ideas and receives information effectively.
• ISO 13485 knowledge is preferred.
• Shipping/Receiving experience in the medical industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives and ships materials, and records transactions in the ERP system.
• Examines documents and materials for accuracy and conformance to specs.
• Arranges delivery and distribution to meet production schedules and expediting needs.
• Assists with inventory cycle counts and physical inventory.
• Packages and prepares products for shipment to standards.
• Develops and maintains supportive cross-functional relationships to facilitate tasks.
• Performs batch record review as required.
• lifts 40+ pounds frequently.
• Other duties as assigned.
