Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate to ensure accurate shipping and receiving, pack and process orders, and maintain records. The role involves operating a forklift, loading/unloading freight, and participating in cycle counts in a fast-paced environment.

No formal education or prior experience required; ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs is needed. Training provided as part of safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and pallet jack to move raw materials and finished goods.
• Ensure items are properly packed, labeled, and staged for shipment.
• Document and maintain accurate shipping records.
• Safely and accurately load all outbound freight.
• Manually load and unload trailers, and complete supporting documents (e.g., bill of lading).
• Identify, record, and provide recommendations for any issues or non-conformities.
• Participate in inventory procedures and cycle counts.
• Cross-train on other production functions as needed.
• Clean and maintain assigned area.
