Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a warehouse associate to ensure accurate shipping, packing, and documentation for outbound freight. You will operate forklifts, load and unload trailers, and maintain orderly inventory records in a fast-paced environment.

No formal education or prior experience required; weight up to 50 lbs may be involved. Safety compliance and teamwork are essential to daily tasks and cross-training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Must follow safety rules and maintain accurate shipping records.
• Familiarity with forklift/pallet jack operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and pallet jack to move raw materials and finished goods.
• Ensure items are packed, labeled, and staged for shipment.
• Document and maintain shipping records and BOLs.
• Safely load outbound freight and unload trailers as needed.
• Identify non-conformities and report quality or process issues.
• Participate in cycle counts and inventory procedures.
• Cross-train on other production functions as needed.
• Keep assigned area clean and organized.
