Job summary

Simpson Strong-Tie in Gallatin, TN is seeking a reliable Shipper/Receiver for a Monday–Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm shift. You will handle shipping, receiving, stocking finished goods, and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Powered Industrial Truck Certification required (will certify at hire).
• 1 year of warehouse, logistics, and/or shipping experience preferred.
• Operate forklift, reach truck, order picker, and electric pallet jack.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow procedures.
• Ability to read safety rules and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments using ERP system and/or tablet; pull, pack, and palletize products.
• Create and apply documents, such as shipping labels, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
