Job summary

Simpson Strong-Tie in Billings, MT is seeking a Shipper/Receiver to handle shipping, receiving, and stocking finished goods to fulfill customer orders. The role emphasizes safety and accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will use our ERP system to create labels, packing lists, and bills of lading, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. This is full-time, non-exempt and located in Billings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Powered Industrial Truck Certification required (will certify at hire)
• D.O.T. HazMat Training required (will certify at hire)
• 1 year of warehouse, logistics, and/or shipping experience required
• Operate forklift, reach truck, order picker, and electric pallet jack
• Ability to work independently and follow safety guidelines

Responsibilities

• Complete shipments using ERP system and/or tablet; pull, package, and palletize products
• Create shipping labels, packing lists, and bills of lading for each pallet
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Other duties as assigned
