Job summary

Amazon Global Logistics is seeking a Shipper Performance Coach in Atlanta to drive strategic improvements in transportation logistics by collaborating with vendors and sellers to optimize shipping performance and turn data into actionable solutions that enhance our global network.

You will lead targeted coaching plans, analyze performance data, and report on KPIs while working within a dynamic logistics ecosystem.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work 40 hours/week with overtime as required
• 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Are 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex shipping performance data to identify improvement strategies
• Develop and implement targeted coaching plans to enhance shipper performance

Key job responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex shipping performance data to identify improvement strategies
• Develop and implement targeted coaching plans to enhance shipper performance
