Qualifications

• 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Able to lift up to 49 pounds and perform physical duties as needed.
• Work 40 hours/week with overtime as required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/nights/holidays.
• 18 years or older.
• 1+ years applying KPIs to analyses.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain operations, or vendor/partner management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze shipper performance data and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement coaching strategies for underperforming shippers.
• Create actionable recommendations to enhance shipper efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive best practice adoption.
• Manage performance metrics and report progress to key stakeholders.
