Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, understanding of manufacturing processes, strong math skills, and ability to use measuring tools such as micrometers and tape measures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes is preferred.
• Strong math skills are important for accuracy.
• Ability to use measuring instruments (micrometers, snap gauges, tape measures).
• Good verbal and written communication skills are needed.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card and MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules in all work activities.
• Maintain high quality standards in tasks.
• Adhere to FMCSA cargo securement and DOT regulations.
• Operate cranes, forklifts and various shop equipment.
• Keep records and reports up to date.
• Assist with loading/unloading and general labor tasks.
• Demonstrate teamwork and professional interaction.
