Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes required.
• Ability to use micrometers, snap gauges, and tape measures.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card and consent to MVR search.
• Ability to work varying schedules including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and company procedures.
• Maintain high quality standards in all tasks.
• Comply with FMCSA cargo securement regulations and DOT driving practices.
• Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, trucks, saws, drills, and other shop equipment.
• Maintain reports and records as required.
• Load/unload trucks and assist in packaging and preparation of materials.
• Ensure housekeeping and professional interaction with team members.
